How to Install

1. Download the HiTi CS 200e driver package to a convenient folder on your Windows computer.
2. If the file is compressed, right-click it and choose Extract All, then open the extracted folder.
3. Run the setup file and follow the on-screen instructions. Click Yes or Allow if Windows requests permission.
4. When prompted by the installer, connect the HiTi CS 200e to an available USB port and power it on so the setup can detect the printer.
5. After installation finishes, open Devices and Printers, right-click the HiTi CS 200e, select Set as default printer, and print a test page to confirm everything works.

Common Issues and Fixes

• Install fails or stalls: Disconnect the HiTi CS 200e USB cable until the installer prompts you. Run the driver setup as administrator, close card-printing software, and remove any older HiTi CS 200e software before retrying.
