How to Install

Common Issues and Fixes

• Device not detected: Use a direct USB 2.0 port instead of a hub. Check the CS 300 is powered on and in Ready state, try a known-good cable, then check Device Manager for an unknown device. Reinstall the HiTi USB driver if needed.
• Version conflicts: Uninstall older HiTi card-printer drivers and remove stale printer queues, restart Windows, then install the latest CS 300 driver. Avoid forcing the generic Windows driver; set the CS 300 as default only after installation completes.
