Question 1

Installer fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

The Ideazon Fang package may be old or blocked on modern Windows. Run setup as administrator, try Windows 7 compatibility mode, and reboot before retrying.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

In Device Manager, look for “Ideazon Fang Composite Keyboard Device” or an unknown HID/keyboard entry. Use a rear USB 2.0 port without a hub, uninstall the affected device, rescan, and reconnect.

Question 3

Version conflicts/double input?

Accepted Answer

Remove older Ideazon/Zboard software and hidden keyboard/HID entries before installing the current driver. Reboot after uninstall and avoid mixing old and new packages.
