DMCA / Takedown Policy

DriverStack.net respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe content listed on our website infringes your copyright, or you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, please submit a takedown request using the instructions below.

What DriverStack.net Provides

DriverStack.net catalogs links and information about drivers. We do not host driver files on our servers. Links may direct visitors to third-party websites, which operate independently of DriverStack.net.

As a result, takedown requests are usually resolved by removing a link, editing the relevant page, or removing the page from our website. We cannot delete files hosted by third parties. To request removal of those files, please contact the website or hosting provider responsible for them.

How to Submit a Request

Email your notice to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA / Takedown Request.” Please include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work: Describe the work you believe has been infringed. Where available, include a link to an authorized version.
  • Exact page URL: Provide the full URL of each DriverStack.net page containing the material or link you are reporting.
  • Contact information: Include your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Good-faith statement: State that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Accuracy and authority statement: State that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  • Signature: Include your physical or electronic signature. A typed full name may serve as an electronic signature.

Review and Response Time

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to review and respond to your request. If essential information is missing, we may ask for clarification before taking action.

When appropriate, we will remove or edit the identified page or link. Please submit accurate, complete notices and use this process only for genuine copyright concerns.
