Name: ZTE N9120 Driver
Author: ZTE

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the ZTE N9120 driver setup as Administrator. If Windows blocks the driver, temporarily disable driver signature enforcement, reboot, then retry the install.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Windows may see the N9120 hotspot as CD-ROM/storage instead of a modem. Set its USB mode to modem/NDIS or enable USB tethering, use a data-capable cable, and check Device Manager for unknown ZTE devices.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older ZTE USB/NDIS/mobile broadband drivers and related utilities, reboot, then install only the latest N9120 package. Avoid mixing the vendor utility with a separate Windows Mobile Broadband driver.
