Name: Zonerich AB 80K Driver
Author: Zonerich

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the Zonerich AB 80K driver installer as administrator, close POS/printing apps, and allow the signed driver if Windows prompts. If setup still fails, uninstall previous Zonerich packages, restart, then reinstall.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the AB 80K is powered on and loaded, then run its self-test. Use a direct USB port instead of a hub, reseat or replace the USB cable, check Device Manager for unknown devices, and select the correct USB/COM port in printer properties.

Question 3

Version/driver conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove old Zonerich AB 80K print queues and drivers in Print Management, restart the Print Spooler service, then install one current vendor driver. Avoid mixing generic POS drivers or multiple AB 80K driver versions.
