Name: ZK Software B3 C Driver
Author: ZK Software

Question 1

Driver install fails?

Accepted Answer

Run the installer as administrator and match the driver to Windows architecture (x86/x64). If Windows blocks the driver, temporarily disable driver signature enforcement, complete the install, then re-enable it and reboot.

Question 2

B3 C not detected?

Accepted Answer

Connect the terminal directly to a rear USB port, not a hub. Check Device Manager for unknown devices, install the driver before reconnecting the B3 C, and confirm the device is in the correct USB/communication mode.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older ZK drivers and related software, remove hidden USB devices in Device Manager, reboot, then install the latest driver that matches your ZK software/SDK. Avoid mixing driver versions from different packages.
