Name: Zebra P110i Card Printer USB Driver
Author: Zebra

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the Zebra P110i setup as administrator, close other print software, temporarily disable antivirus, and connect/power on the printer only when prompted. Remove any failed Zebra entry in Print Management before retrying.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Use a direct USB 2.0 port on the PC, not a hub, and try a known-good USB cable. Power on the P110i, check Device Manager for unknown/USB printing devices, then uninstall them and reconnect.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Zebra card-printer drivers and the existing P110i queue. Stop the print spooler, remove stale drivers, restart, then install the correct Windows x86/x64 P110i package. Avoid letting Windows choose a generic driver.
