Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Disconnect the Zebra 2348 Plus, uninstall any existing Zebra printer driver, reboot, then run the driver installer as administrator before reconnecting the label printer.

Device not detected?

Confirm the printer is powered on and connected directly to a working USB/parallel/serial port. Check Device Manager for an unknown device, and select the correct port in Printer Properties.

Remove old Zebra 2348 Plus printer entries and stale Zebra drivers via Print Server Properties, reboot, then install only the latest driver package to avoid mixed versions.
