Name: Zebra 105SL (300 dpi) Driver
Author: Zebra

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the installer as administrator, remove old Zebra driver packages and printer queues with Zebra Setup Utilities, then install the signed driver matching your Windows version.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Check printer power and cable seating. For serial connections, confirm the COM port and baud rate/parity/handshake match the 105SL settings; for parallel/USB, try another port and avoid hubs.

Question 3

Version or DPI conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall existing 105SL or 203 dpi queues before installing the 300 dpi driver. Multiple Zebra drivers can cause failed prints, scaling errors, or garbled labels.
