Name: ZDesigner GX430t Driver
Author: Zebra

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Use the ZDesigner driver matching your Windows version and GX430t model (not GX430d/other Zebra printers). Run the installer as administrator; if Windows blocks unsigned/older packages, install the latest signed release.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Power the GX430t on and connect directly via USB (avoid hubs), try another USB port/cable, and check Device Manager for unknown devices. For serial/parallel models, confirm the correct port is selected.

Question 3

Version conflicts / duplicate queues?

Accepted Answer

Remove old Zebra drivers and duplicate GX430t printer queues in Print Management, restart the Print Spooler, then reinstall the current ZDesigner package and recalibrate media.
