Name: Wacom PTZ 630 Driver
Author: Wacom

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the Wacom installer as administrator, disconnect the PTZ-630 until prompted, and remove any previous Wacom drivers/Tablet Service before rebooting and reinstalling.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Connect the Intuos3 directly to a rear USB port, not a hub. Check the tablet LED and cable, then reinstall the legacy driver and restart Windows.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall newer Wacom Center/current drivers first. The PTZ-630 needs a compatible legacy Intuos3 driver; mixing driver versions can break pressure and ExpressKeys. Reboot after uninstalling before installing the correct package.
