Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the Veo Stingray Connect, run the driver installer as administrator, and temporarily disable antivirus. If setup still fails, uninstall any previous Veo webcam driver in Device Manager (View > Show hidden devices) and reboot before retrying.

Question 2

Camera not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try a different USB port directly on the PC, not a hub. In Device Manager, check for “Unknown device” or a webcam entry with a warning icon; update or reinstall the driver, then confirm the camera appears under Imaging devices/Cameras.

Question 3

Version conflicts after Windows updates?

Accepted Answer

Remove duplicate/older Veo entries in Device Manager and reinstall the matching driver. If Windows installs a generic USB video driver, roll back to the Veo driver or reinstall it, then reboot.
