Name: USCutter MH 871 Driver
Author: USCutter

Question 1

Driver install fails?

Accepted Answer

Run the USCutter MH 871 driver installer as administrator and temporarily disable antivirus. If Windows blocks the driver, use the latest signed USCutter package and confirm you downloaded the 32-bit or 64-bit version matching Windows.

Question 2

Cutter not detected?

Accepted Answer

Power the vinyl cutter on before opening cutting software, use a known-good USB data cable and a USB 2.0 port, then check Device Manager for an unknown device or COM port. Install the USB driver and select the correct COM port in SignCut/Flexi.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older USCutter/MH drivers and any previous USB-serial drivers, reboot, then install the current driver only. Avoid mixing old SignCut drivers or 32/64-bit packages; set the cutter’s COM port again after installation.
