Name: USCutter MH 1351 Driver
Author: USCutter

Question 1

Driver install fails or is blocked?

Accepted Answer

Run the USCutter MH 1351 installer as administrator and connect the cutter only when prompted. If Windows blocks the legacy driver, temporarily disable driver signature enforcement, reboot, then reinstall.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try a direct USB port and a known-good cable; avoid hubs. In Device Manager, check for an unknown device or USB serial port, install the USCutter USB driver, and select the assigned COM port in your cutting software.

Question 3

Version or COM-port conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall old cutter/USB-serial drivers and remove duplicate COM ports, then reboot. Reinstall the MH 1351 driver, set the same COM port and baud rate in the cutting software, and prevent Windows from auto-replacing the driver.
