Name: USCutter CE5000 Driver
Author: USCutter

Question 1

Install fails or Windows blocks the driver?

Accepted Answer

Run the CE5000 installer as Administrator, reboot, and reconnect the cutter only when prompted. If using an older package on Windows 10/11, temporarily disable Driver Signature Enforcement during installation.

Question 2

Cutter not detected?

Accepted Answer

Power on the CE5000, use a direct rear USB port instead of a hub, and check Device Manager for the assigned COM/USB port. In your cutting software, select the same port and confirm the cutter is online.

Question 3

Version or port conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall previous USCutter/cutter drivers and remove stale COM ports before installing the CE5000 package. Do not mix 32-bit and 64-bit drivers, and reselect the correct port after installation.
