Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the manufacturer’s ISD 200 (CY) setup as administrator, match Windows version/architecture, and disable driver signature enforcement only if the package is unsigned. Remove older adapter drivers first.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try a rear USB port or powered hub, replace the cable, and check Device Manager for unknown/USB mass storage entries. If the disk appears in Disk Management but not Explorer, assign a drive letter or initialize it.

Question 3

Version/driver conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall previous ISD 200/USB mass storage drivers and delete their driver packages, reboot, then install the manufacturer driver. Avoid mixing generic Windows USB storage drivers with the vendor package.
