Name: TVS Rp45 Shoppe Driver
Author: TVS

Question 1

Driver install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Close POS/printer software, disconnect the TVS RP45 Shoppe, remove any existing TVS RP45 printer queue, then run the vendor installer as administrator. Reconnect only when prompted; reboot before testing a receipt print.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Use a direct USB port, not a hub; check power and the paper-cover latch, and try a known-good USB cable. In Device Manager, look for an unknown/USB printer device and manually update it to the TVS RP45 Shoppe package.

Question 3

Version conflicts/wrong driver?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older TVS RP45 or generic POS printer drivers and delete stale ports/queues. Install the latest TVS package, select the correct RP45 Shoppe model, and prevent Windows from replacing it automatically. Run a self-test to confirm.
