Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the TVS RP 3200 installer as administrator and close POS/printing apps first. If Windows blocks it, confirm the driver is signed by TVS and allow it through SmartScreen.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Power on the RP 3200, use a known-good USB data cable, connect directly to a rear USB port, and check Device Manager for an unknown device. Reconnect after installing the driver.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older TVS RP 3200 or generic receipt-printer drivers, clear pending print jobs, restart the Print Spooler service, then reboot and install the latest RP 3200 package.
