Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Use the driver package matching your Windows version and architecture (32/64-bit). Run the installer as administrator, close print spooler-related apps, and reboot before retrying.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the TVS MSP240 CLASSIC PLUS is powered on and connected to the correct USB/parallel port. Try another cable/port, check Device Manager for unknown devices, then install the driver manually via “Add printer.”

Question 3

Version conflicts/duplicate queues?

Accepted Answer

Remove old TVS printer entries and drivers in Print Management, clear stale queues, restart the print spooler, then install only the current MSP240 CLASSIC PLUS driver.
