Name: TVS HD 250 GOLD Driver
Author: TVS

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the TVS HD 250 GOLD, run the setup as administrator, and use the exact HD 250 GOLD driver package. If Windows blocks the older installer, temporarily disable driver signature enforcement, install, then re-enable it.

Question 2

Printer not detected?

Accepted Answer

Check the USB/parallel cable and port, power-cycle the printer, and confirm it appears in Device Manager and Printers & scanners. Try a direct rear USB port; for parallel, verify LPT/ECP mode in BIOS.

Question 3

Version conflicts or duplicate queues?

Accepted Answer

Remove old TVS/HD 250 entries from Printers & scanners and Device Manager, restart, then install one driver version. Avoid mixing 32/64-bit or generic dot-matrix drivers, and set the HD 250 GOLD as default.
