Name: TrekStor C11B Driver
Author: TrekStor

Question 1

Driver install fails?

Accepted Answer

On the C11B notebook, install the Intel chipset/INF package first, then graphics, audio, and touchpad drivers. Run the TrekStor installer as administrator; if Windows blocks an older package, use Windows 10 compatibility mode and reboot before retrying.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Check Device Manager for unknown or disabled devices. For touchpad, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth, confirm the function key/BIOS setting is enabled, then install the C11B-matched input or wireless driver—not a generic one—and reboot.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Windows Update may replace the TrekStor display/audio driver and break brightness or sound. Roll back in Device Manager, reinstall the C11B package, then pause driver updates long enough to confirm stability.
