Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the Thrustmaster installer as administrator, disconnect the wheel first, remove older Thrustmaster/racing-wheel drivers and software, reboot, then install. On older Windows versions, try compatibility mode for the installer.

Question 2

Wheel not detected?

Accepted Answer

Set the Ferrari GT 3-in-1 mode switch to PC, plug the USB directly into a rear USB 2.0 port (avoid hubs), then check “Set up USB game controllers” in Control Panel. Reinstall the driver if no Thrustmaster entry appears.

Question 3

Version conflicts / rumble not working?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall conflicting Thrustmaster control panels and hidden HID/game-controller entries in Device Manager, reboot, install only one driver package, then recalibrate and test force feedback in the controller properties.
