Question 1

Installer fails or hangs?

Accepted Answer

Run the TA Triumph-Adler DC 2120 package as administrator and match it to your Windows version/architecture. If setup still fails, extract the package and install via Add Printer > Have Disk using the included .inf.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

For USB, use a direct rear port and a known-good cable. For network, confirm the DC 2120 has a valid IP, ping it, and recreate the TCP/IP port with the correct address.

Question 3

Old driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove existing TA/Triumph-Adler/Kyocera print and scan drivers in Print Management, delete leftover driver packages, reboot, then install only the current DC 2120 driver.
