Author: Swecoin

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Use the Swecoin TTP 2030 package matching Windows bitness, run as administrator, and try Windows 7 compatibility mode for legacy installers. If Windows blocks the unsigned driver, verify the source before temporarily disabling driver signature enforcement.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the kiosk printer is powered and the paper/cover sensor is clear. For USB, use a direct port and check Device Manager for unknown devices; for serial, verify the assigned COM port and baud settings match the TTP 2030 configuration.

Question 3

Version conflicts / wrong queue?

Accepted Answer

Remove old Swecoin TTP 2030 printers and driver packages in Print Management, reboot, then reinstall one version only. Avoid mixing 32-bit and 64-bit drivers on shared print queues.
