Author: Surecom

Question 1

Install fails or driver won’t load?

Accepted Answer

The legacy INF/installer may fail on newer Windows. Run it as administrator in XP/Vista compatibility mode, or use Device Manager → Update driver → browse to the extracted driver folder. Temporarily disable driver signature enforcement if Windows blocks it.

Question 2

Adapter not detected?

Accepted Answer

Power off, reseat the PCI card, and try another PCI slot. Check Device Manager for an unknown “Network Controller”; verify the PCI slot is enabled in BIOS and that the card is fully seated.

Question 3

Version/utility conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall any previous Surecom/Realtek WLAN driver and vendor utility before installing. Don’t run the vendor utility alongside Windows WLAN AutoConfig, and confirm the driver matches the EP-9321 g/g1 revision.
