Name: SteelSeries Sensei RAW Driver
Author: SteelSeries

Question 1

Engine install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall any older SteelSeries Engine first, run the installer as administrator, and reboot before retrying. On Windows 10/11, install the latest Engine version that still supports the Sensei RAW; temporarily disable antivirus during setup if needed.

Question 2

Mouse not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try a rear USB 2.0 port directly on the PC, not a hub. Check Device Manager for unknown devices, reseat the cable, and test on another PC. Reinstall Engine after removing the device.

Question 3

Version conflicts/profile errors?

Accepted Answer

Remove all SteelSeries software and hidden old drivers, reboot, then install only one Engine version. Avoid mixing legacy and current installs.
