Question 1

Install fails or “driver not found”?

Accepted Answer

Extract the package first; don’t install from inside the ZIP. Run the installer as administrator, or use Device Manager → Update driver → Browse my computer and point to the folder containing `siudi.inf`. Match 32-bit/64-bit Windows and use the signed package for your Windows version.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try another USB port and cable, directly on the PC rather than through a hub. In Device Manager, enable Show hidden devices, remove stale/unknown entries, then Scan for hardware changes.

Question 3

Version conflicts (Code 10/41)?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall the old driver and select “Delete the driver software for this device,” reboot, then install only the latest `siudi.inf` package. Don’t mix Windows Update/OEM versions.
