Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the Serioux SRXW 08V setup as Administrator and use compatibility mode for your Windows version. If Windows blocks the unsigned/old driver, temporarily disable driver signature enforcement, then reinstall.

Question 2

Adapter not detected?

Accepted Answer

Plug the SRXW 08V directly into a rear USB 2.0 port, not a hub or front-panel port. Check Device Manager for an unknown USB device; if present, uninstall it, reboot, and let Windows re-detect the Wi-Fi adapter.

Question 3

Version conflicts or no Wi-Fi list?

Accepted Answer

Remove any previous Wi-Fi driver and vendor utility in Device Manager/Apps, delete the old driver, reboot, then install the Serioux package. Disable other wireless adapters during setup to avoid utility conflicts.
