Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the Savin MP C305SP package as administrator, close print apps, and temporarily pause antivirus. Remove any failed “Savin MP C305SP” queue in Printers & scanners before retrying.

Question 2

Device not detected (USB/network)?

Accepted Answer

For USB, use a direct port and known-good cable; for network, confirm the printer’s IP and enter it manually in the Windows add-printer wizard. Verify the MP C305SP is on the same subnet and its network port is enabled.

Question 3

Driver version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Savin MP C305SP/PCL/PS drivers, clear stale queues, restart the Print Spooler service, then install the latest Windows-compatible package. Avoid mixing universal and model-specific drivers on the same queue.
