Name: Savin MP C3002 Driver
Author: Savin

Question 1

Install fails?

Accepted Answer

Leftover Savin/Ricoh driver files or a 32/64-bit mismatch can block setup. Remove old printer queues and drivers in Print Management, reboot, then run the Savin MP C3002 installer as administrator with the correct Windows architecture.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

For network models, confirm the MFP’s IP address and create a TCP/IP port; ping the device and check firewall/VLAN rules. For USB, connect directly to the PC, try another cable/port, and power-cycle the printer.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Windows Update may install a generic PCL/PS driver over the Savin package, breaking print/scan settings. Delete duplicate MP C3002 queues, set the Savin driver as default, and avoid mixing PCL5, PCL6, and PostScript on one queue.
