Name: Savin MP 7502 Driver
Author: Savin

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the Savin MP 7502, remove any existing Savin/Ricoh printer entries and ports, run the installer as administrator, then reconnect after reboot.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the MP 7502 has a valid IP address and responds to ping. For network use, add a TCP/IP port manually; for USB, connect directly with a known-good USB 2.0 cable, not a hub.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Savin MP 7502 PCL or PS drivers, clear stuck print jobs and restart the spooler, then install one matching Windows architecture driver. Avoid mixing PCL and PS drivers on the same port.
