Name: Savin MP 4002 Driver
Author: Savin

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the Savin MP 4002 installer as administrator and use the package matching Windows architecture. If blocked by driver signing, install the WHQL-signed/model-specific driver rather than a generic universal driver.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

For USB, connect directly to the PC, not a hub, and try another port. For network, confirm the MP 4002’s IP address, set a static IP if needed, and create/verify the correct TCP/IP printer port.

Question 3

Version conflicts with existing Savin/Ricoh drivers?

Accepted Answer

Remove old printer drivers via Print Management or `printui /s`, clear the print queue, restart the spooler, reboot, then install the MP 4002 driver cleanly.
