Name: Savin 8035 8035g PCL Driver
Author: Savin

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Stop the Print Spooler service, remove any existing Savin 8035/8035g PCL entries in Print Management, then run the installer as administrator. Restart the spooler before retrying.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the copier is on the same network and reachable by IP. Add it manually using a Standard TCP/IP port with the correct Savin 8035/8035g IP address; avoid relying on auto-discovery.

Question 3

Version conflicts / wrong driver?

Accepted Answer

Remove older Savin or Ricoh PCL drivers before installing. Match the driver to Windows version and architecture, and select the Savin 8035g PCL model explicitly rather than a generic PCL or Windows Update driver.
