Author: Saitek

Question 1

Installer fails or rolls back on Windows 10/11?

Accepted Answer

The legacy Saitek package may need admin rights and Windows 7 compatibility mode. Run the installer as administrator, reboot, then reconnect the Pro Gamer Command Unit.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Connect it directly to a rear USB 2.0 port, not a hub or front-panel port. In Device Manager, check for unknown/HID devices; uninstall any failed entry and rescan.

Question 3

Version conflicts with other Saitek/Mad Catz/Logitech software?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall old Saitek SST/driver packages and conflicting profile software, restart, then install only the matching Pro Gamer Command Unit package.
