Name: Roland EGX 350 Driver
Author: Roland

Question 1

Install fails or driver won’t sign?

Accepted Answer

Windows may block the Roland USB driver. Disconnect the EGX-350, run the installer as administrator, and allow the Roland driver if Windows Security prompts. On Windows 10/11, install the latest signed EGX-350 driver rather than an older XP/Vista package.

Question 2

Engraver not detected?

Accepted Answer

Check the USB cable/port, power the EGX-350 on before opening software, and confirm Device Manager shows the Roland USB device. Try a direct rear USB port and avoid unpowered hubs.

Question 3

Version conflicts/old driver remains?

Accepted Answer

Remove previous Roland drivers and virtual COM ports in Device Manager, reboot, then install only the current EGX-350 package. Close Roland engraving software during installation.
