Name: ROCCAT Kova Mouse Driver
Author: ROCCAT

Question 1

Installer fails or hangs?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall any older ROCCAT Swarm/driver package, reboot, then run the Kova installer as administrator. Disable antivirus temporarily if it blocks the setup process.

Question 2

Mouse not detected?

Accepted Answer

Connect the Kova directly to a rear USB port, not a hub. Check Device Manager for unknown HID devices, then restart Swarm or reinstall it after reconnecting the mouse.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Use the latest ROCCAT Swarm version for Kova and remove leftover older ROCCAT drivers. If settings fail to save, uninstall Swarm, reboot, and reinstall once to clear conflicting profiles.
