Question 1

Installer fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the Razer TRON Mouse driver installer as administrator. Temporarily disable antivirus/security software, uninstall any existing Razer Synapse/Razer drivers, reboot, then retry.

Question 2

Mouse not detected?

Accepted Answer

Connect directly to a rear motherboard USB port—avoid hubs and front-panel extensions. Check Device Manager for unknown USB devices, try another cable/port, and reinstall the driver.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Don’t install over a newer or unrelated Razer Synapse build. Remove all existing Razer software and device entries, reboot, then install only the driver version listed for the TRON Mouse.
