Question 1

Installer fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the Razer package as administrator, close Razer Synapse and other controller software, and reboot before retrying. Disconnect extra USB controllers so the Atrox arcade stick is the only game controller during install.

Question 2

Atrox not detected?

Accepted Answer

Plug the stick directly into a rear USB port, not a hub or front-panel port. Check Device Manager for unknown/HID devices and test in Windows’ “Set up USB game controllers” panel. Try another known-good USB cable.

Question 3

Version conflicts or wrong button mapping?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall old Razer drivers/Synapse, remove hidden controller entries in Device Manager, reboot, then install the latest package. Confirm Windows is using the Atrox as an XInput controller, not a stale DirectInput device.
