Question 1

Install fails or stops partway?

Accepted Answer

Run the QMS PagePro 9100 setup as administrator and use Windows compatibility mode for older packages. Remove any partial install from Devices and Printers before retrying.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the printer is powered on and connected to the correct LPT/USB/Ethernet port. For network models, verify the IP address and create a Standard TCP/IP port manually if auto-detection fails.

Question 3

Driver version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall existing QMS PagePro 9100 drivers via Print Management > Drivers, reboot, then install only the package matching your Windows version and architecture. Avoid mixing older and newer driver packages.
