Name: Primera Bravo II Driver
Author: Primera

Question 1

Install fails or setup stops?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Primera disc-publisher/printer drivers and PTPublisher software first, then run the Bravo II installer as administrator in Windows compatibility mode. Leave the USB cable disconnected until setup prompts for it.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Connect the Bravo II directly to a USB 2.0 port, not a hub, and try a known-good cable. Power the unit on, check Device Manager for unknown USB devices, and reinstall the Primera USB driver if needed.

Question 3

Driver/software version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove previous Bravo/Publisher entries from Programs and Features and Device Manager, reboot, and install only the driver package matching your Windows version and Bravo II model. Avoid mixing old PTPublisher versions with new drivers.
