Question 1

Installer fails or hangs?

Accepted Answer

Run the Plantronics/Poly installer as administrator, close Plantronics Hub and other audio apps, temporarily disable antivirus, then reconnect the Blackwire C210 M to a rear USB port and retry.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try a different USB port/cable, check Device Manager for “Unknown USB Device,” and set the Blackwire C210 M as the default playback/recording device in Windows Sound settings. Test on another PC to isolate the headset.

Question 3

Version conflicts/old driver loaded?

Accepted Answer

In Device Manager, uninstall the existing Plantronics USB audio device and any duplicate entries, reboot, then install the latest package. Remove older Plantronics/Poly software first and avoid mixing Hub versions.
