Author: Pantum

Question 1

Installation fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall any existing Pantum P2000 Series driver entries, reboot, then run the correct 32/64-bit setup as administrator. Temporarily disable antivirus if it blocks the installer.

Question 2

Printer not detected?

Accepted Answer

Connect the P2000 Series directly to a USB 2.0 port, not a hub. Power the printer on before reinstalling the driver; try another USB cable if Windows still does not list it.

Question 3

Driver version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

In Device Manager, uninstall the printer and delete its driver software. Reinstall the latest Pantum P2000 Series package, then set it as the default printer to avoid Windows using a generic driver.
