Question 1

Driver install fails?

Accepted Answer

Unplug the keyboard’s USB receiver, run the ONN ONA11HO087 driver setup as administrator, and temporarily disable antivirus if it blocks the installer. Reconnect the receiver only after setup finishes.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Replace keyboard batteries, plug the receiver into a direct USB port instead of a hub, and press the keyboard’s connect/pair button. Test in Device Manager under Keyboards and on another PC to isolate the receiver.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

In Device Manager, remove old “HID Keyboard Device” and receiver entries, restart Windows, and let it reinstall the current driver. Avoid keeping multiple ONN keyboard driver packages installed.
