Name: Okidata C3600n Driver
Author: Okidata

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the Okidata setup as administrator and remove any old Oki C3600n print queue first. For USB, connect the cable only when setup prompts; for network, extract the package and use Add Printer > Have Disk if the installer cannot find the C3600n.

Question 2

Printer not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the C3600n is on the same subnet, print a network config page, and create a Standard TCP/IP port using its IP (port 9100). For USB, try a direct rear port and a known-good cable; avoid hubs.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall the old C3600n driver in Print Management, clear pending jobs, reboot, then install the package matching Windows version and 32/64-bit. Don’t mix Universal and model-specific drivers.
