Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the OKI setup as administrator, connect the printer only when prompted, and temporarily disable antivirus. On 64-bit Windows, use the signed driver package; unsigned legacy installers may not load.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Connect the MICROLINE 320 TURBO directly to a rear USB or parallel port, not a hub, and power it on. Check Device Manager for unknown devices, try another cable/port, and confirm the correct port is selected in Printer Properties.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove older OKI or generic dot-matrix drivers in Print Management, restart the Print Spooler, then reinstall the current driver. Avoid keeping multiple driver versions for the same printer queue.
