Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the USB cable, remove any existing OKI B432 queues and driver entries via Print Management, then run the OKI PCL6 installer as administrator. Reconnect USB only when prompted.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Use a direct USB 2.0 port, not a hub; power-cycle the B432 and try another cable. For network use, assign a static IP and create a TCP/IP port with the PCL6 driver.

Question 3

Version conflicts or duplicate queues?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older OKI/PCL6 drivers, clear the print spooler, and install only one B432 driver package. Avoid mixing PCL6 and PostScript drivers on the same queue; confirm the correct port and default printer.
