Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the OKI B432 driver setup as administrator, uninstall any older OKI B432 or universal printer driver first, and allow the signed driver when Windows prompts. Reboot before retrying.

Question 2

Printer not detected?

Accepted Answer

Connect the OKI B432 directly to a rear USB port, not a hub. For network models, confirm the printer’s IP address and use a TCP/IP port (usually port 9100), then restart the Print Spooler service.

Question 3

Driver version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

In Print Management, remove existing OKI B432 driver packages, delete the printer, reboot, and install the correct 32/64-bit package. Don’t mix old and new OKI drivers on the same print server.
