Name: oem13.inf Driver
Author: Conwise

Question 1

Install fails (Code 10/28 or unsigned driver)?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall any existing Conwise/Bluetooth adapter in Device Manager, tick “Delete the driver software,” reboot, then run the oem13.inf package as administrator. If Windows blocks it, temporarily disable driver signature enforcement.

Question 2

Adapter not detected/pairing missing?

Accepted Answer

Try a rear USB port directly (no hub), check BIOS USB/Bluetooth is enabled, and confirm the Bluetooth service is running. In Device Manager, show hidden devices and remove stale Bluetooth entries before rescanning.

Question 3

Version conflict with Windows generic Bluetooth?

Accepted Answer

Roll back the Conwise driver, uninstall the Microsoft Bluetooth enumerator only if instructed, reboot, and reinstall the matching package. Stop Windows Update from replacing it by setting the driver update policy or pausing updates during install.
