Name: Nokia C2 01 USB Modem Driver
Author: Nokia

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

The Nokia C2 01 modem driver is older and may be blocked on Windows 10/11. Run the installer as administrator, use Windows compatibility mode for Windows 7, and reboot before retrying.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try a known-good data-capable USB cable and a direct rear USB port. In Device Manager, check Modems, Ports, or Unknown devices; if the Nokia C2 01 appears with an error, uninstall it and rescan for hardware.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove older Nokia PC Suite/Ovi Suite and any existing Nokia USB Modem entries first, including hidden devices. Restart, then install only one driver package matching the C2 01.
